Marriage Mentoring

Marriage challenges do not always require another book, class, or workshop. Sometimes couples need a safe place to talk honestly, identify what is creating difficulty in their relationship, and work through those issues with someone who can help them apply biblical principles to their marriage.

BounceBack Marriage Mentoring provides personalized mentoring for couples who want to strengthen their relationship, work through challenges, and develop practical ways to move forward together.

What Is Marriage Mentoring?

When the Lord placed the concept of working with married couples on our hearts, He spoke to us about becoming Marriage Mentors.

We believe a Marriage Mentor does not need to have marriage completely figured out. Rather, a mentor is someone willing to share personal experience and biblical insight to help another couple rethink patterns or principles that may be negatively affecting their marriage.

Being a Marriage Mentor gives us the opportunity to say that we have trusted the Lord God, experienced both the “this” and the “that” of marriage, and learned some things along the way that may help another couple.

How Marriage Mentoring Works

Marriage Mentoring is conducted virtually, providing couples with a private and comfortable environment for honest discussion.

Before our first session, you will complete a Relationship Profile that helps us understand your concerns and provides a starting point for our conversation.

After reviewing the profile and meeting with you, we determine together whether Marriage Mentoring is appropriate for your needs. If we move forward, we use biblical principles and BounceBack resources to develop a plan for our work together.
