FACILITATOR GUIDE

The Facilitator’s Guide facilitates the consistency required for effective discipleship training. In addition, the Facilitator’s Guide includes all of the instructions relative to the meeting flow, including a timeline.

We also have incorporated instructions for best practice recommendations on how the meetings should be facilitated to ensure productive and effective meetings. These recommendations include how to manage class participants to ensure that all voices are heard.

The Facilitator’s Guide supports the flow in the Precept Model Discussion Guide over the 15 Lessons divided into four areas:
