BounceBack Ministries is a ministry that is focused on helping change the lives of men as a first strike to win the family back to Christ. Time and time again, we have witness family situations where the wife is in church–and unable to get her husband to attend, participate or commit his life to Christ. But when the man is committed, more often than not, the whole family commits their lives to Christ. It really is that simple.
In fact, this notion is the basis of our thesis statement which can be summed up in just a few words:
“Advancing the Kingdom…One MAN at a Time!”
So why BounceBack Ministries? Because that is what Christ gives every believer the opportunity to do in life. The full understanding is given in the introduction of each BounceBack Devotional and Journal for Men.
But simply put, life affects everyone in many difficult ways. The challenge for each of us is, are we simply going to fall and not get up? Or instead, are we going to “BounceBack?”
Bouncing back implies a sense of resiliency–a persistence that often defies reasonability. It reminds us of the old Rocky Balboa, after being pummeled beyond recognition…and those who love Rocky shout…”Stay down Rock…stay down!” But just like the man who regains his footing–Rocky always, “Bounced Back!”
